Stanley Taylor Rasmussen

Stanley Taylor "Stan" Rasmussen age 77, of Rangely, Colorado, passed away on January 29, 2022. Stan was born on January 17, 1945 to Thelma McGrew and Manfred Rasmussen in Segal, Kentucky. Stan married Terri Cloward in Grand Junction Colorado. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, rock hunting, raising cage birds, champion show pigeons, his green houses and working in his yard. Most of all he enjoyed his family. He is survived by his wife; Terri, daughters; Jannie (Bill) Leigh of Rifle, Jayda (Brad) Lewis, of Rangely, sister; Charlene (Jack) Brown, brother; Ronnie Rasmussen, six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parent's "Doc" Manfred and Thelma Rasmussen, brothers, Larry, Terry, Delbert, Alton, Mike, sister, Suzi Tomlinson. A celebration of life for Stan will be held Saturday February 26, 2022 at 11:00am at the Rangely LDS Church (125 Eagle Crest Street, Rangely Colorado).
