Tanya Maxine Martinsen, age 69 of Vernal, wife of Kim Martinsen, passed away in the early hours of Wednesday, November 26, 2025 with her family by her side.

A private family celebration of life will be held Spring 2026. Serivce arrangements under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
