Tanya Martinsen

Tanya Maxine Martinsen passed away in the early hours of Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at the age of 69 with her family by her side. Tanya was born on September 12, 1956, to Betty Jean Frier and Lee Street in Lehi, Utah. Tanya married Kim Martinsen on May 23, 1974, in Vernal, Utah. Tanya enjoyed anything with family, she loved her family with her whole heart. She enjoyed traveling with her best friend and husband Kim especially on their motorcycle.

She is survived by her husband Kim Martinsen, daughters Letha (Quinn) Miles, Kimberly (Kyler) Lance, 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Sisters Trudy (Tino) Martinez, Trina Griffen and brothers Casey (Cindy) Brooks, Dale (Jolene) Brooks and Kurt (Linda) Brooks.

She is preceded in death by her parents Betty and Lee Street, brothers Perry, Tray and Tim and sister Norma (Tiny) and grandson Michael Miles.

A private family celebration of life will be held Spring 2026. Service arrangements under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
