Teri Williams

Teri Lynn Williams, 68, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2025 surrounded by the love of her family.

Teri was born in Miles City, Montana on May 4, 1957, to R. Keith and Rosemary Storey. Teri grew up with a kind and caring heart that she carried with her throughout her life. On October 4, 1976, she married the love of her life, Dennis "Red" Williams. With their marriage, she also welcomed his son, Rick Williams, into her life.

Teri was a devoted mother to Jolene, Amie, Matthew and Melissa. Her heart for children extended far beyond her own family. She lovingly provided day care for many years and she and Red also opened their home as foster parents to over thirty-eight children.

Creative and nurturing, Teri loved quilting, crafting, and making gifts that carried her warmth and thoughtfulness. She found her greatest joy in time spent with her children, grandchildren, and all those who were blessed to be a part of her life. Her grandchildren brought her endless happiness and were a constant source of pride and love.

Teri is survived by her mother, Rosemary Storey; brothers, Mark (Sandra) Storey and Michael (Sue) Storey; her children Jolene (Brad) Warner, Amie Williams, Matthew (Stephanie) Williams, and Melissa (William) Holfeltz; her grandchildren, Tyler, Camden, Kaela, Riley, Eli, Mason, Bowen, Luke, Paxton, Jensine, Emmett, and Vivienne. She was preceded in death by her father, R. Keith Storey and her beloved husband, Red Williams.

Teri's legacy of love, creativity, and generosity will continue to live on in the many lives she touched, especially in the family she treasured above all else.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 11:00AM at the Maeser 4th Ward LDS Chapel (2575 North 1500 West).  A viewing for family and friends will be held Tuesday evening from 6-8PM at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home and Wednesday 9:45-10:45AM at the Chapel.  Interment will be in the Vernal Memorial Park.
