Tod Lynn Rice

Tod L. Rice, 63, passed away on July 1, 2026. Born on June 20, 1963, in Salt Lake City, Utah, Tod was the son of Gary John Rice and Merrolyn Lee Rice.

Tod spent much of his career as a professional truck driver, taking great pride in his work. He was known for his strong work ethic, determination, and willingness to work hard. He loved the outdoors and had a deep appreciation for his country. Some of his favorite memories were made hunting alongside his father, creating a lifelong love of nature and time spent outdoors.

Tod's greatest legacy is his family. He is survived by his seven daughters, ten grandchildren, and extended family and friends. He is also survived by his mother, Merrolyn Rice; his brother, Shaun (Jodi) Rice; his sisters, Pam Williams and Corinne Rice.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gary John Rice, and his sister, Kim Rice.

Tod will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, his love of the outdoors, and the memories he shared with those who knew him.

In accordance with Tod's wishes, no funeral or memorial services will be held. He will be missed by many-we will think of him often.
