Victor Mackay

Victor Keith Mackay has returned to his Father in Heaven after battling cancer on September 30th, 2012 at the age of 66, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born September 16th, 1946 to Charlotte Afton Taylor Mackay and Mark Evan Mackay in Vernal, Utah. Keith graduated from Uintah High in Vernal, Utah.

Keith maried Adrene Olsen and together they had one daughter. He later married Debbie Ann Burns Burchinal, a single mother with 2 kids, who he accepted, raised and loved as his own. The two were married for 34 years and added two more sons to the family. Debbie and Keith have recently divorced but the relationship with all his children have remained strong.

Keith is proceeded in death by his parents, three siblings, Ruben Bryce Mackay, D. Verle Mackay, and Zola Wann, Brother-in-Law Carl Woehrmann and Niece Kathy Woehrmann. He is survived by his siblings, Nolan Mackay, Neva Woehrmann, Gayla (Terry) Anderson, Linda (Charles) Jones, sister in-law Gwenda Mackay and brother in-law Donnie Wann, his children Jeremy Mackay, Jordan Mackay, Heath (Kristie) Burchinal, Heather (Roger) Ellis and Randie (Jared) Bennet, his 7 grandchildren, Cameron Mackay, Brinli, Sekada and Hunter Burchinal, Carter, Hallie and Denver Ellis and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday October 4, 2012 at 10 A.M. at the Ashley Valley Funeral Home, 410 North 800 West. A viewing will be held Wednesday evening from 6-8pm and one hour prior at the Mortuary. Interment will be in the Rockpoint Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers would be appreciated and are being accepted by Ashley Valley Funeral Home on behalf of his children.
