Wanda Mae Smith

Wanda Smith, age 64, passed away on January 10, 2019. Wanda was born in Seattle, Washington to Floyd Edwin Ledford and Irene Engle Ledford. Wanda married Roger Smith on July 24, 1971 in Perryton, Texas. Wanda enjoyed gardening, camping, fishing and sewing needle point. She loved spending time with family and she loved her grandchildren.Wanda retired from Uintah County Justice Court after many years of service.Wanda is survived by her husband of 47 years, Roger Smith; her mother Irene Engle, stepfather Frank Engle, sons: Brian (Liana) Smith and Jeremy (Sheila) Smith, daughter Michelle, 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, brother David (Jewell) Ledford and sister Norma (Rex) Catt.Wanda is preceded in death by her father Floyd Edwin Ledford.At the request of Wanda, no services will be held.Cremation and arrangements have been entrusted to the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
