William Keith Critton

March 27, 1960 — September 9, 2021

Vernal/Riverton, WY

William Keith Critton passed away on September 9, 2021 at the age of 61. Bill was born March 27, 1960 to Douglas and Sandra Critton in Riverton, Wyoming. He married Ellen Farnsworth on June 30, 1978. They lived in Vernal, Utah, where they welcomed two children, David and Wendy. They later divorced, Bill then welcomed another son, Keith with Tracy Hadley. Bill was an adventure seeker and an amazing story teller. He loved to tell everyone all about his life and he had an experience to relate about everything. He worked hard and played harder. He spent his life having adventures. Bill adored his grandkids and spent his retirement years spending as much time with them as he could. He was proud of his family; more so than anything else he ever made. He wasn't interested in material things and tried to live a simple life. His Mustang, his Jeep, and his Indian motorcycle were his only exceptions. He loved to fix and upgrade his toys. He lived hard and loved hard and leaves the world a better and more exciting place for his being in it. Bill is survived by his parents Doug and Sandy Critton, his sister Vickie (Mike) Stewart, his children David (Theresa) Critton, Wendy (James) Whaley, and Keith Critton. As well as his grandchildren and more family and friends than can be counted. He is preceded in death by his grandparents William Keith and Woodie Denzel Critton, August and Molly Fresorger, and his brother Jerry Critton. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home. A viewing for family and friends will be held Saturday 9:00-10:45 a.m. at the mortuary. Services will be live-steamed at www.AshleyValleyFuneralHome.com
