William "Bill" Matto, age 87 of Vernal, Utah formerly of Ogden, passed away on Monday November 28, 2022. A celebration of life will be held spring 2023 with internment in the Myers Evergreen Memorial Park next to his beloved wife, Irene (Fry) Mattos. Services under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
