Wilma Marion (Haddon) Bowden

Wilma Marion Bowden passed away on November 22, 2022 at the age of 96. Wilma was born on October 26, 1926 in Mt. Harris, Colorado to Gladys Isabell Capps and Frank R Haddon. Wilma enjoyed her family! They were always her priority and source of joy. Her kitchen was a magnet for friends and family. She loved fashion and proudly created her own clothing store "Classic Fashions" on Main Street Vernal. She was sweet and spunky and will be missed by many. Wilma is survived by her children: Gerry (LaDawna) Bowden, Barbara (Paul) Feltch, and Michelle Bowden; 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Walter S. Bowden, daughter Shirley Bowden, 2 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held Monday, December 5, 2022 at 11:00am at the Vernal Christian Church (1845 West 750 South). A luncheon for family and friends will follow the memorial service at the church, interment will be in the Rockpoint Cemetery at 2:00pm.
