Carol Warner Obituary

Carol L. Warner passed away at home on April 20, 2024 at the age of 83. She was born on February 12, 1941 to Charlotte Greenhow Davis and Harold Davis in Vernal, Utah. Carol married RM Burnite (Mickey) on September 1964, later divorced. She then married Rod Warner in 1977 on Kansas.

Carol enjoyed being a mom and grandma. She loved to camp and go for drives. She liked to grow gardens and then can what she grew. Her favorite thing was sitting by a body of water with a book watching the waves.

Carol is survived by her daughters, Gayla Richards and Kelly Wagner; brother Boyd Davis (Nadine); Shelley Breeden; Jackie Hardke; son RM Burnite Jr.; as well as many grandkids, great grandkids, and great great grandkids.

She is preceded in death by her mother Charlotte and father Harold; son, Carey Burnite; son, David Burnite; brother, Doyle Davis; and husband, Rod Warner.

A private family celebration of life for Carol will be held later this month. Arrangements under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
