Charles K Jones

Charlie Jones passed away on May 13, 2023, after a short battle with cancer. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ray Arnold and Bernice Harris Jones. After several marriages and divorce, he married Linda Mackay Jones on June 27, 1988.

Charlie held many jobs over the years and learned many skills that he put to good use. After retirement he started his own business so he could stay busy helping anyone in need. If it needed fixed Charlie could do it. If you needed a friend, Charlie was there for you; and if you needed help the answer was call Charlie.

Charlie is survived by his wife Linda, nine children: Mike (Jill), Rick (Connie), Sheri (Michael), Kim Shaun (Debbie), Julie, Jason, Josh, Margaret, Phillip and Bonnie; sisters Elzada and Mary; 32 grandchildren and 14 great grand children.

Charlie is preceded in death his parents, 2 half sisters Betty and Vera, sister Janice, three brothers, Ray, Harry and Jimmie; son-in-law Bret and granddaughter Dakota.

A viewing for family and friends will be held Friday May 19, 2023 from 6-8PM at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home. Following the visitation Charlie will be cremated per his wishes.
