With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Kay Lucille Bingham, our loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and friend to all those lives who knew her, on September 17th, 2022. She left us while sleeping peacefully at her home in Duchesne, Utah. She was in her 86th year.
Born on October 16th, 1935, in Pocatello Idaho, to adoring parents Manassah Myers and Adnella Thomas Myers. She lived a full life as a wonderful mother to Curt (Lois) Bingham, Craig (Brenda) Bingham, Clay (Jerri) Bingham, Clint Bingham, and Cally (Kerry) Easton. Kay was also a wonderful grandmother and mentor to many others she met along the way. She was a strong and faithful member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where she would serve and share her wealth of talents and testimony through many callings.
Kay was an exceptional baker and candy maker, taking after her father, and she was willing to give the shirt off her back, just like her mother.
Most of all, she loved her family and friends and instilled good values in her children and her grandchildren, that has served them well. She will be dearly missed and forever in our thoughts.
Kay walked into the loving arms of her maker, surrounded by those who preceded her in death, Her father (Manassah Myers), mother (Adnella Thomas Myers), sister (Nadine), brother (Bobby), brother (Tom), sister (Paulette), and 3 grandsons (Jake Bingham, Kenneth Scott Easton, and Michael Easton).
Graveside services for Kay will be held Wednesday September 21, 2022 at 12:00pm at the Ferron City Cemetery (200 North 300 West), in Ferron, Utah. Services under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
