Lawrence "Larry" Joseph Doza went to his heavenly home peacefully surrounded by his beloved family on Thursday December 1, 2022, at the age of 84, in Rangely Colorado.

Larry is survived by his wife Donna (Gunter); his daughters Luciann (Doug) and Heather (Don), his sons Jason and Joseph, his five grandchildren Chad, Josh, Patrick (Maryrose), Tiffany (Jason), Bryan and 12 great grandchildren, Dylan, Luke, Logan, Shyanne, Jaxon Cage, Jordan, Eli, Aria Rose, Mckinley Ann, Alice Marie, Iszabella Jo, and Kallie Jean.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents James and Ruth and brother Lyle and sister Loriane.

Larry was born December 21, 1937, in Perryville, Missouri and graduated from Torrance High School in Torrance, California. Larry enlisted in the United States Air Force in August 1955 and married Donna June 1, 1962, they recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.

Larry was a skilled machinist for over 25 years and later was owner/operator of SpeeDee Automotive in Lancaster California alongside his wife Donna. Larry and Donna were founding members of Foothill Baptist Church of Sylmar, California for over 25 years and then members of Leona Valley Baptist Church, of Leona Valley, California and lastly Bible Baptist Church of Rangely, Colorado. Larry lived his life on this earth with one purpose - to tell people about the amazing grace and love of Jesus. He didn't just tell this story, he lived it out every day.

Larry was well respected by those that knew him. He was an honorable man and was always there to extend to someone in need.

Though Larry may have passed from his earthly home, we smile thinking that he has just begun truly living with his Lord and Savior in Heaven.
