Naomi Willoughby, infant daughter of Nicholas and Kelsey Willoughby was born and passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 in Roosevelt, Utah.

Graveside services for Naomi will be held Saturday at 10:00am in the Rockpoint Cemetery under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
