Robert Fred Taylor passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 74. Robert was born on August 2, 1947, to Fred and Beth Taylor in Lyman, Wyoming. Robert married Pat Peart shortly after returning from Vietnam. They had two children, Milton Dean and Tracy Ann Taylor.

He later married Sharon Ballantine, and added to his family Heather and Eric Jeans, whom he loved as his own.

From a young man he always enjoyed the outdoors. His interest were hunting, fishing, trapping, and horses. He grew up in Lyman, Wyoming and graduated from Kemmerer, Wyoming. He was drafted and was a combat veteran in Vietnam. After serving, he was employed as a crane and locomotive operator until he retired. After retiring, he started a gunsmithing business and he volunteered with the American Hero's Project which he enjoyed for many years. He was an active member of The Bridger Valley Assembly of God Church. In 2020, he moved to Vernal, Utah where he became a part of the Landmark Baptist Church, where he made some great friends.

Robert is survived by his brother Jerry (Jill) Taylor, sister Carleen (Curtis) Harwich, brother Mark (Dottie) Taylor, son Dean (Melissa) Taylor, daughter Tracy Taylor (Tony), daughter Heather (Wade) Lamoreaux, son Eric (Audrey) Jeans. He had 9 grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews who were his whole world and lastly, his best canine friend, Button who was always at his side.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon who he will be laid to rest with, and his parents Fred and Beth Taylor.
